The Bank is seeking to recruit an Onboarding Associate to join the Central Customer Services Department.
Job Description
The Onboarding section is responsible for all the account opening activity related to Corporates and Financial Institutions. Working hand in hand with both front and back office personnel, the selected candidate will be responsible to:
• Handle RMA Key Exchange
• Customer File scanning
• Update scanning with new documentation received
• Filing and archiving
• Open profiles and accounts for new and existing customers
• Check and update the documentations for Corporate and Financial Institution
• Providing management with counterparty related static data and statistics, known as data sanitisation reports
• Profile and account related fee proceedings
• Key in transfers for account balance offsetting
• Register the received documentations and update the customer files
• Review for existing files and update accordingly • Updating Relationship Officers with upcoming and existing reviews
• Update the Core System with changes on profiles, relationship linkages and shareholding percentage structure
• Handling of general internal customer queries
• Ongoing learning and adherence of departmental policies and procedures
• Specific projects
Qualifications & Experience
The selected candidate should have a positive attitude, a strong aptitude to learn, be meticulous, team-oriented and must have:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• An excellent command in English good communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably a Diploma/Certificate in Banking & Finance or equivalent
• Be capable of working effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively in line with business exigencies
