FIMBank p.l.c. informs that the Pre-Placing of its Bond Issue up to the amount of EUR20 million or its US Dollar equivalent (being two-thirds of the total Bond Issue aggregate of EUR30 million) took place today 17 April 2009. Subscriptions in excess of the Placed Portion of EUR20 million were received and the Pre-Placing was consequently oversubscribed. Subscriptions relating to Preferred Applicants, i.e. shareholders, directors and staff, are being met in full while those relating to Authorised Distributors are being scaled down proportionately to the sub-limit reserved of EUR10 million or its US Dollar equivalent.
