FIMBank Supports SHE Malta for Women's Month

On the 20^th March, female delegates from FIMBank attended the Social Hub Entrepreneurs (SHE) Women’s Month Event at the Manoel Theatre in Valletta. FIMBank proudly stood out as one of the Event's key sponsors, alongside other established companies in Malta. SHE is a networking community dedicated to supporting women in business by providing opportunities to forge meaningful connections with fellow entrepreneurs and industry peers who share similar ambitions.

This year’s worldwide theme was ‘Inspire Inclusion’ which emphasised the importance of embracing different background, experiences, and viewpoints. An intuitive panel discussion ensued, whereas several accomplished businesswomen discussed various topics on empowering enterprises through inclusivity and innovation. The panelists shared their experiences and perspective on how fostering diversity in leadership and implementing inclusive practices can empower business to thrive. Throughout the event, attendees gained valuable knowledge and actionable strategies to champion inclusion at the workplace.
