FIMBank Appoints New Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of FIMBank p.l.c. met on 19th February 2006 and appointed Ms. Raffaella Bonadies, current Head of Legal and Compliance, as Company Secretary of the Bank with immediate effect. 

The previous Company Secretary, Mr. Francesco Apap Bologna, resigned from office on 19th February 2006.  The Board thanked him for the excellent services provided to the Bank throughout his term.
