FIMBank is aware that a malicious website has been created as an attempted replica of the current Bank website, including its digital banking platform, FIMBank Direct.

Such malicious efforts are becoming more regular and are commonly referred to as phishing, which is the act of attempting to acquire information such as usernames, passwords, PINs, access codes (and sometimes, indirectly, money) by masquerading as a trustworthy entity.

Customers should always be vigilant against such scams that seek to lure them into surrendering such information to a third party.
