Scheduled IT Infrastructure Upgrade – System Downtime Notice

A major upgrade to our IT infrastructure is scheduled to take place over the weekend, starting on Friday 15th May at 17:00 and ending on Sunday 17th May at 20:00 (Malta time, UTC +2). During this period, FIMBank Direct and SecureMail may be temporarily unavailable or experience intermittent disruptions.

 

Please note the following payment cut-off times on Friday 15th May (Malta time, UTC+2):

• Manual payments and recording of new transactions: 12:30
• Payments via FIMBank Direct: 13:00
• We kindly encourage you to plan your activities accordingly.
