FIMBank appoints non-executive director

FIMBank plc is pleased to announce that, with effect from 11^th December 2006, Mr. Rogers David Le Baron, (USA and British national) has been appointed as non-executive Director to FIMBank’s Board of Directors. The appointment has been made by notice in writing to FIMBank plc on 6^th December 2006 by FIMBank’s shareholder, the International Finance Corporation (IFC). In addition to his extensive experience in the international banking sector, Mr. Rogers David Le Baron held the position of Director, Financial Institutions in the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development in London, from 1996 to 2004. He currently holds the position of Principal Financial Advisor, Global Financial Markets Department with the IFC in Washington D.C., USA.

Mr. Le Baron participated to the Board Meeting held in London on 12^th December 2006 where he was welcomed by the Chairman and by Executive Management.
