FIMBank Bond Issue Oversubscribed

FIMBank p.l.c. announces that its Offer of 2013 4.25% Bonds which opened today 25th October closed after a few hours due to over-subscription. The Bank will be exercising the Over-allotment option and will shortly be announcing the allotment policy.
