FIMBank Group Reports Half-Year Results 2026

FIMBank Group has announced its financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, reporting a profit after tax of USD 3.2 million and a profit before tax from continuing operations of USD 4.3 million. The Group's performance was underpinned by growth in commercial assets, increased net interest income and a continued focus on operational efficiency. Asset quality remained strong, with the Non-Performing Loan Ratio improving to 1.73%, while capital levels remained robust, with a Total Capital Ratio of 19.8%. During the period, Fitch Ratings reaffirmed FIMBank's B+ Long-Term Issuer Default Rating with a Stable Outlook.

Commenting on the Group's performance, Group CEO Simon Lay said: "Since assuming the role of Group Chief Executive Officer in August 2024, my focus has been on strengthening FIMBank's business model, maintaining a disciplined approach to risk management and positioning the Group for sustainable long-term growth. The results achieved during the first half of 2026 demonstrate the progress we are making and reflect the dedication and hard work of our employees across the Group, as well as the continued trust placed in us by our clients and business partners. While there is still more to achieve, I am encouraged by the momentum we continue to build. Supported by strong capital and liquidity positions, we remain focused on serving our clients, enhancing operational efficiency and creating long-term value for our shareholders."

The Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the six months ended 30 June 2026 were approved by the Board of Directors on 19 August 2026.
