FIMBank has been lauded with an award by Commerzbank, the STP Award 2018 for excellent quality in the delivery of payments. Such an award reflects the hard work and dedication of FIMBank's Payments Team. STP is considered the most important indicator for quality in the field of payment transactions. The team strives to increase payments’ efficiency by ensuring that all are processed and settled cost effectively, within the shortest timeframe possible. This is achieved through reviews of payment processes and monitoring of STP rates.  Being lauded with such awards is a clear indication of how positively the Bank is perceived in terms of operational performance. This is the first time that this award has been received from Commerzbank.
