In terms of Section 99 of the Companies Act (Cap.386 of the laws of Malta), notice is hereby given that a Prospectus dated 23 March 2018 has been issued and filed with the Registrar of Companies.
A rights issue offer of 209,687,428 Ordinary Shares is being made by FIMBank plc at a price of USD0.55 per share on the basis of 2 new Shares for every 3 Existing Shares held as at the Record Date, as further detailed in the Prospectus dated 23 March 2018.
The Issuer is a public limited liability company, registered in Malta in terms of the Companies Act, Cap. 386 of the laws of Malta, bearing registration number C17003.
The value of the investments may increase as well as decrease and past performance is no indication of future performance.
